Pickscan for Shopify.

Stop mispicks before they ship. Pickscan runs inside Shopify admin: it lists your open, unfulfilled orders, verifies every item by barcode scan, then fulfils the order in Shopify, with or without a shipping label.

What it does in Shopify

• Pick in the browser. The Scan page lists orders oldest first, filtered by date range and status. The scan bar works with a USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner, or with typed codes, and needs no setup.
• Every scan is checked. A wrong item raises a WRONG ITEM alert and over-scans are caught.
• Fulfil from the app. Mark the order fulfilled, fulfil without a label, or Buy label & fulfil: Pickscan buys a Shopify Shipping label, fulfils the order, adds tracking and opens the label PDF. Colissimo labels are supported in France.
• Bin locations. Pickscan reads and writes the my_fields.bin_location metafield, at product or variant level. Scan a product that isn't on an order to see its stock, SKU and price and edit its bin.
• Pick lists. A PDF with a consolidated gather sheet sorted by location, then pack slips or compact pages with scannable order barcodes. Up to 500 orders per list.
• Stock checks. Scan counts in the browser or the Android app, then review and confirm them.
• Batch picking. Orders are grouped by postage service on a schedule, and batches are worked in the mobile app.
• Edited orders. Items removed in Shopify, by an order edit or a refund, drop off the pick screen with an Order edited in Shopify banner.
• Activity log of scans and stock checks, filterable by user, reference and date.
• Unlimited users, each with a 4-digit PIN for the mobile apps, and an optional supervisor role.

Where you can pick

• In Shopify admin, in the browser, with a USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner. This is built in.
• On Android, with the Pickscan app from Google Play, using the camera or a built-in scanner.
• On iPhone and iPad, with the Pickscan app from the App Store, paired by scanning a QR code.
• At a scanning station, a dedicated packing page for a PC at the bench, with an optional IP allowlist.
• Printing goes through the Pickscan Print desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux.

Pricing

Every plan, Free included, has unlimited devices and pickers and every feature: barcode verification, batch picking, pick lists, stock checks, bin locations, shipping labels and the activity log. Plans differ only by the number of orders picked a month: orders picked and verified correctly in Pickscan, on any device.

Prices are in US dollars, billed every 30 days on your Shopify bill. Change or cancel your plan on Shopify's pricing page. There's no annual billing.

• 14-day free trial on every paid plan. Free needs no card.
• Paid plans are never stopped. Going over your allowance brings an upgrade suggestion, not a block.
• On Free, once 50 orders are picked, new orders pause until the 1st of the next month.

How to install

• Open Pickscan on the Shopify App Store and click Install. You need admin access to the store.
• Choose Free, or a paid plan with its 14-day trial, on Shopify's screen.
• Pick from the Scan page straight away, or pair devices under Devices.

Labels need Shopify Shipping, in the countries where Shopify offers it, or a Colissimo account.
