Edited orders refresh, and clearer order loading
Improved An order edited in Shopify after the device downloaded it is refreshed automatically. If it's open at the time, an Order changed message stops scanning until you tap Reload.
Improved While orders download, the list shows progress and elapsed time instead of "No orders to pick".
Improved Set-up moves on as soon as you tap your platform, and the first sign-in says where to find your PIN.
New The label error screen shows the order, the error in large type, and whether your platform or Pickscan refused the label.

Orders edited in Shopify stay up to date
Fixed Items removed or reduced with Shopify's Edit order still appeared on the Pick tab, the pick list PDF and pack station orders at their original quantity.
New Edited orders carry an EDITED label on the Pick tab, and the order shows how many items were removed, when, and by whom.
New Editing an order sends the new version to Android devices straight away, so nobody picks from the old copy.

Pack station, kits and scan sounds
New Set up the browser pack station from Settings or Add device, with its own Mark Order Completed When Packed setting.
NewKits show as a heading with their items beneath. Scan the kit's barcode to pick it whole, or pick the items one by one.
New The Pick tab beeps on scans like the Android app. Sounds can be turned off for each browser in Settings.
Improved The pick list shows orders from the last 30 days by default, so stores that don't mark orders Completed open on recent orders. Change it with Show Orders From The Last (Days).
Fixed A WordPress login autofilled into the API key boxes connected but couldn't read orders. Set-up now rejects it, and Settings and the Pick list say when WooCommerce refuses your keys, with Reconnect store.

Clearer set-up, and labels to Pickscan Print
NewPrint labels with in Print Settings: keep the Linnworks Virtual Printer, or send labels to a Pickscan Print station and pick which of its printers to use.
New Add a print station or an iPhone / iPad from Add device. The iPhone option links to the public beta on TestFlight and pairs with a QR code.
Improved The set-up wizard shows the real app screens at each step, puts the Android code and the iPhone QR side by side, picks up where you left off after a refresh, and can be skipped.
Fixed A deleted device stayed in the list until the page was reloaded.

Book a return at the pack station
New Raise an RMA without leaving the bench. The station books the return against the order it came from, so the paperwork matches what was actually packed.
New Each returned line shows where it was picked from and what the unit is worth, so you know which bin it goes back to and what the return is costing you.
New An Item Scrapping setting decides whether the pack station can mark a returned item as scrapped rather than back to stock. It is off until you turn it on.

New A List option on the Stock tab: scan items to build a list, then export it as a CSV. For stock takes, write-offs and anything else you want in a spreadsheet rather than a pick list.
Improved After an export, List mode returns to ready-to-scan so you can start the next list straight away.
Fixed An order scan that had already been taken back could be undone a second time, dropping the count below what was really picked.

Connect your courier account from the app
New A Couriers section in settings where you add your label-provider account. The token is checked with the courier before it is saved, so Connected means connected, and a Remove action takes it back off.

Colissimo labels at the bench
NewColissimo orders get their label generated through Colissimo's own partner API, so French shipments print at the packing bench alongside everything else.
SHOPIFY APP
Device renaming sticks, installs are steadier
Fixed Renaming a device now saves. Before, the new name was accepted on screen and then reverted.
Fixed Installs that were started seconds after signing up could fail. The app now waits for your account to be ready instead of giving up.
IOS APP
Reload all orders, and a better iPad layout
NewReload all orders clears what the app is holding and fetches the collection fresh — the thing to reach for when the shop and the phone disagree.
Improved The iPad orders pane shows product thumbnails and order totals, the bottom bar is readable, and pull to refresh works there too.
Fixed A UPC-A barcode scanned as an EAN-13 is now recognised as the same item, so US-coded stock verifies first time.

Put away without changing your stock figures
NewPut away mode now follows the Auto Increment Stock On Put Away setting. Leave it off and scanning confirms the item is in the right bin without touching the quantity — for anyone whose stock levels come from somewhere else.
Improved The put-away log records the bin rack that was scanned, so you can see where each item was actually placed.

Reinstalling no longer empties the order list
Fixed After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the mobile app showed no orders. The store's new connection is now handed straight to Pickscan.
Improved The iPhone setup flow no longer dead-ends, it links the public beta, and a pairing code you never used no longer counts against your stations.

Printer and template lists always load on the Print settings page
Fixed The Default Virtual Printer and Default Shipping Template dropdowns could open empty, with nothing to choose, even when your Linnworks account had printers and templates set up. Both lists now load automatically whenever you open Print settings, so your options are always there to pick from.
Fixed Saving Print settings can no longer wipe your stored printer, template or location lists. If the page ever sends an empty list, your existing choices are kept rather than cleared — which previously could leave label printing unable to find a template.
LINNWORKS APP
Edit a user, and disabling works again
NewEdit user — change a picker's name, PIN or supervisor status from the Users page. Previously the only way to correct a name was to disable the user and create a replacement.
Fixed Disabling a user on the Users page failed with an authentication error and left the user active. It now saves as expected.
Fixed Renaming a device had the same fault, and saves too.
PLATFORM APPS
Pack stations tell you when their device has been removed
Fixed Remove a pack station's device in Pickscan and that screen now returns to activation with a clear message, ready for a new device code. Until now it stayed signed in and looked ready to work, but quietly refused every scan.
Fixed When a scan is refused, the pack station shows the real reason instead of reporting the barcode as unrecognised.
